Do you sell wholesale or dropship? 

Yes!  Please visit our wholesale registration form at the top of the page, or give us a call.

What shipping options are available with free shipping?

Free shipping for U.S. addresses is via Priority Mail, FedEx, UPS which delivers in 1-4 days to most areas of the US. International orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx as well with delivery in 3-10 business days to most areas of the world. Due to performance issues with USPS, if you need your order quickly, we advise using UPS or FedEx.

What is your policy on cancellations and returns?

Because of the risk of transmission of Parvo, returns are allowed only for manufacturer's defects.                 

Can I custom order collars with different colors of stones or widgets than what is posted online?

Yes, please do!  We love putting together creative designs that our customers come up with!
